Team Building Challenges
These activities are designed
to bring out leadership skills and team-work. A very 'hands on' event with teams
facing obstacles and situations that require all of the team working together to
achieve a result.
Team Building has moved on from being a 'nice to have'
to becoming one of the most important 'need to have' for any company today,
irrespective of their size.
A number of specific team building, problem solving, co-ordination and
planning games are available from:
- Meltdown indoor only -
mindbenders, trickers and lucky dip
- Outside influence -
minefield driving test, cascade, doodle, giant jigsaw, super slalom, retrieval,
holely tube, egg launch plus many others
- Confusion - as above with
outdoor team challenges
